Shipping Info

We now offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over 1750 grams ( 1.750kg) or 3lbs (61.75oz)

After you have selected the products you would like to purchase hit the Check Out button, this will take you to the Shopping Cart Contents screen.  Scroll down to the bottom of the Shopping Cart Contents screen to find the box titled Available Shipping Methods, this will show you the weight of your current order and the shipping fee for that weight.  Once your order reaches 1.750Kg shipping becomes free!!!!!!

Our shipping rates are based on weight to give our customers the best possible value for their money.

• Due to the cost of international shipping, we do not offer free shipping outside of North America

All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days.  All purchases will be shipped air mail unless otherwise stated or requested.  We are not responsible for customs fees or brokerage fees for parcels being shipped outside of Canada. 

Return Policy

We will refund any purchase in full on any product within 7 days of purchase (if bought locally) or 24 days from shipping date ( if bought on line or at a trade show). All returns are to be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping for refunds/exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer, except for warranty issues in which the shipping costs will be reimbursed. All products carry a one year replacement warranty except where noted. HID refunds/exchanges will not be granted if installed on any vehicle other than a motorcycle defined under Canadian law. All HID warranty claims must be acommpanied with a shop name and contact person to varifiy a quality install.  Products that are abused or not installed properly will not be refunded. We reserve the right to have the manufacturer test the product for abuse prior to issuing a refund/exchange. All claims will be handled in Canada.

All products are tested for 100% quality pior to shipping.  We will not ship defective products.
