Canadian Cruiser Customizing is not liable for any death, injury, damages or loss resulting from the sale/resale and/or use of any product sold by Canadian Cruiser Customizing.  Canadian Cruiser Customizing is not responsible for and will not compensate customers for labor, installation, storage, custom brokerage fees or duties and/or other fees incurred by the customer as a result of the sale/resale and/or use of any product purchased from Canadian Cruiser Customizing.

The products sold by Canadian Cruiser Customizing are intended for closed course use only. Alteration or modifications of a motorcycle or other vehicle from its stock or original manufacturer condition may increase the risk of accident, injury or death. Products sold by Canadian Cruiser Customizing are not intended for street or highway use.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to consult the federal, provincial/state and local regulations which may apply to alterations of your motorcycle or vehicle.
